1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all our products are made on-demand, it typically takes 2–7 business daysfor production and an additional 3–20 business days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.
2. What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5–20 business days, while express shipping can take 2–10 business days, depending on your region. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations for more details.
4. What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@cerebral-threads.com to initiate a return. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cerebral-threads.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, it enters production almost immediately, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
7. Are your products sustainable?
We care about the environment and strive to make responsible choices. Our products are made on-demand, which reduces waste from overproduction. Additionally, our production partner, Printful, uses eco-friendly packaging and sustainable practices wherever possible.
