Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All products are made on-demand by our trusted partner, Printful. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–7 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipping. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Printful offers a variety of shipping options, depending on your location. Here’s an overview of estimated delivery times:

Latvia 3–7 business days / 1–3 business days
European Union 5–10 business days / 2–5 business days
United States 5–12 business days / 3–7 business days
Rest of the World 10–20 business days / 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. We do not profit from shipping fees—they are passed directly to the carrier.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Returns Policy
1. Right to Withdraw (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Returned within 14 days of delivery (for EU consumers) or as specified in our policy.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@cerebral-threads.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cerebral-threads.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
